We had a bad experience when requesting maintenance for our March 2021 unit which has a mileage of 11,683 km and the advisor who received it, Habrham Ortega, sold us basic maintenance for 8,300. The problem was that we trusted his advice and when paying we noticed that he charged us concepts that when receiving our unit we did not request them, be very careful when taking your cars for maintenance, very bad way of selling services by force, I hope someone from the agency realizes this and prevents their employees from doing this.
